No, you and your pictures are completely private. Only you have access to your photos. Our studio operates with advanced technology, ensuring your photos are instantly enhanced and securely uploaded to the cloud. And you are a 100% isolated during the photo-session.
The appearance of your photos can be customized to your preference. Choose from a Monochrome setting for black and white photos or a Color setting for vibrant images. Regardless of the settings, we will also send you the original Raw files, which are always colored.
While we automatically enhance photos for optimal quality, this basic enhancement is part of our standard process. For those looking for a more refined touch, our professional retouching services can be requested to tailor and perfect your images further. This bespoke service is ideal for those wanting to elevate their portraits with expert attention to detail.
Within 24 hours after the session, you'll receive an email containing a link to your pictures. You can choose to download the entire folder or select specific images. Please avoid taking screenshots; instead, use the "Download" button for the highest quality photos.
Please remember that your pictures are available for 14 days after the session. After this period, they are automatically deleted, so be sure to save them to your computer or phone.

Each picture occupies approximately 10 MB of space and can be cropped to a medium size without significant quality loss. Our studio's photos are well-suited for social media and photo books.

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your pets, as long as they're comfortable and well-behaved in a public setting. Please note: bringing large dogs (not typically hand-carried) will be charged as R390 per session

Please contact us if you're running late. Note that if you're more than 15 minutes late, your session may be canceled. Rescheduling is possible based on availability, so plan to arrive early.
To confirm your booking at our studio, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due after your session. We accept card payments and EFT on-site. A full refund of the deposit is available if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance. For cancellations made between 48 to 24 hours before your session, a 50% refund applies. Unfortunately, cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours' notice; otherwise, the session will be canceled without a refund.
