TRU.U Studio Liability and Cancellation Policy
1. Acceptance of Terms: By booking a session at TRU.U Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
2. Equipment Responsibility: You accept financial responsibility for any damages to studio property, including the white cyclorama (Up to R10000), large mirror (Up to R10000), and photographic equipment (up to R50000). Responsibility for little renovation costs up to R500 for any marks or damages left on the cyclorama.
3. Self-Photography Disclaimer: As we offer a self-service photography experience, we are not responsible for the outcome of your photos. Our commitment is to provide quality equipment and a conducive environment.
4. Quality Assurance: We ensure our equipment and facilities are well-maintained. In case of equipment malfunction not caused by user error, we will provide a suitable solution or compensation.
5. Safety and Conduct: You are expected to use the studio equipment responsibly and follow all safety guidelines.

- Full Refund: For cancellations over 48 hours in advance.
- 50% Refund: For cancellations between 48-24 hours before the reservation.
- No Refund: For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
- Rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours notice. If less notice is given, the shoot will be canceled without a refund.
